TikTok & IG are full of aggressive influencers looking to make their mark online. They typically try and differentiate themselves from the crowd, whether it is their unique fashion or eccentric personality. As someone involved in the Asian community (most of my feed is Asian), I’m constantly finding new Asian content creators; those into fashion, traveling, even makeup. I could also search trends online or among my friends to source out new content creators. Influencers exist from all facets of life. I could take any particular interest and find creators who focus on that particular topic simply with the search feature on IG and TikTok! I’d love to use this as a way to kickstart my already established interest in social media.
