Community Intern

What community building experience do you have?
I have experience building and engaging with communities through my work with Illinois JusticeCorps and past roles where I worked directly with people.
I helped with outreach, answered questions, and made sure people felt comfortable and supported.
I also have experience engaging with people through social media and communication, which helps with building connections and keeping people involved.
I’m good at keeping communication consistent and making spaces feel welcoming, which I think is important for building any kind of community.

How would you grow and engage an online travel community?
I would grow the community by finding people who already enjoy travel content on platforms like TikTok and Instagram and engaging with them directly.
That could be through comments, messages, or inviting them into the community space. I’d focus on people who are already saving travel ideas or posting about places they want to go.
To keep the community active, I’d start simple conversations, ask questions, and create posts that get people sharing their own travel ideas or experiences.
I’d also make sure people feel comfortable interacting by responding consistently and keeping things positive and organized.
Over time, I’d build engagement by keeping things consistent and making the community feel active and welcoming.

Influencer Coordinator

Why do you want to be an influencer coordinator?
I want to be an influencer coordinator because I enjoy working with people and I’m interested in social media and brand growth. I like the idea of connecting with creators and helping brands get their products in front of the right audience.
I’m also someone who is organized and consistent, so I feel like I could manage outreach and relationships well while helping campaigns run smoothly.
