What metrics do you prioritize to measure social media success?

I focus on shares, saves, and comments because they show people actually care about the content and want to pass it on. I also watch how long people stick around on videos and track clicks when the goal is getting people to take action, since that tells me the content is working.

How would you increase engagement for a low-carb, zero sugar brand on social media?

I’d increase engagement by making the content feel relatable, satisfying, and a little unexpected rather than overly “healthy.” I’d lean into common doubts with hooks like “this is actually zero sugar?” or “low carb but still tastes like this,” and use real reactions and taste tests to build trust. I’d also create repeatable, interactive content like swaps, challenges, and “what I eat in a day” style posts so people can engage and recreate it themselves. Pairing that with micro creators and quick, visually appealing videos helps the brand feel authentic and keeps people coming back.

what are some great ideas to hook social media users into watching our content? how do we tell the story better?

I’d hook users by leading with curiosity and honesty, like “I never thought drinking protein would taste this good,” since a lot of people are skeptical of healthier alternatives. That kind of unexpected, slightly doubtful opening makes people want to see if it’s actually true. To tell the story better, I’d focus on transformation and relatability by showing the before and after mindset, like struggling to hit protein goals or hating chalky shakes, then discovering something that actually tastes good. Keeping it fast paced, visually satisfying, and rooted in real reactions helps the content feel authentic and keeps people watching.
