Future of Work Research
How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
Gen Z wants to work to live, not live to work. This generation wants to love their work, not have work be a chore. Perhaps most importantly, Gen Z wants to feel that they are treated equitably and paid fairly for the work that is done. What is needed from more employers is flexibility with work experience, so freshly graduated college students can gain that experience and make a living as new members of the workforce.
