What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness means putting myself first and prioritizing my overall health so that I can put my best foot forward. I integrate wellness into my life in small daily actions such as going for walks, taking my vitamins, eating nourishing foods, and taking care of my mental health by being mindful and journaling.
