What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Over the past 6 months, I have really gotten into bettering my body and my health. To me, wellness means fueling your body with all the right things and listen to what your body is telling you. I integrate it into my life first thing in the morning with the gym and/or yoga and eating fueling foods to get myself through my workout and the rest of the day.
