Are you a fan of dance music?

Yes, I’m a fan of dance music. I love the energy it brings and how it instantly lifts people’s moods. There is something about a great beat that connects everyone in the moment, whether it is at a festival, a small event, or just playing in the background while working. It is upbeat, creative, and always puts me in a good mindset, which I think carries over into how I approach work and engaging with people.

Share an example where you have had to influence a customer or classmate? WHICH Tactics did you use?

In a group project last semester, my team was struggling to get classmates interested in trying our product concept. I noticed they weren’t connecting with our approach, so I changed it up and started by asking simple, engaging questions and offering small samples so people could experience it firsthand. I used curiosity, storytelling, and positive energy to make it feel more personal and interactive. Once people were involved, I highlighted the parts that matched their interests and shared feedback from others to build trust. By the end, we had everyone participating and even got comments from classmates saying they’d actually buy the product. It taught me that influence comes from empathy, enthusiasm, and helping people connect emotionally with what you’re sharing.
