In your opinion, which brand is crushing it on social media right now?

I believe that Amazon is crushing it on social media right now. Although it is a known fact that Amazon is very popular, their presence in social media right now is amazing. Amazon has kept up with todays ages by entertaining an age range of people who are mainly on social media; being teens, and adults in their early 20s. Their marketing is very prevalent in social media apps and they display ads that are exactly what you are looking for. For example, just on Tiktok and Instagram, there is a new feature that allows you to get exactly what your favorite creator is wearing/ using directly from their profile onto their Amazon store front. This is just one example of why Amazon is succeeding on social media right now.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?

Wellness is incorporating healthy habits and maintaining a healthy wellbeing wether it’s mental, physical, spiritually, etc. I integrate wellness in my life by exercising, going on daily walks to improve my mental health, eating healthy, and doing activities that I enjoy.
