I would describe a scent by focusing on the feeling and experience it creates rather than just the notes. Since viewers can’t smell through a screen, I’d use descriptive language tied to moods, memories, and everyday moments explaining when and where I’d use the scent, how it makes a space feel, and what type of person it’s perfect for. I’d also compare it to familiar scents or situations, like a cozy night in, a fresh morning, or a clean, spa-like space, so viewers can easily imagine it. Pairing these descriptions with visuals, routines, and reactions helps make the scent feel real, relatable, and memorable.

I prefer TikTok because I’ve built a community centered around the beauty and lifestyle content I create, allowing me to connect with an engaged audience beyond my personal network. Since scent is an experience, I’d focus on storytelling and visuals that help viewers feel the vibe of each wax melt, using cozy routines, aesthetic shots, and lifestyle moments like getting ready for the day, studying, or winding down at night. I’d incorporate trending TikTok sounds and formats while keeping the content authentic rather than overly promotional. I’d also highlight scent ‘matches’ based on moods, seasons, or personalities, encouraging engagement through comments, polls, and "which scent are you?" style content. By combining strong visuals, relatable moments, and consistent branding, the content would feel memorable and emotionally connected to the audience.
