How do you prioritize and manage your outreach efforts?
I prioritize and manage my outreach efforts by focusing first on high-intent leads — those who’ve recently shown interest or engaged with previous communication. I organize my workflow using CRM tools to track follow-ups, schedule calls, and set reminders, ensuring no opportunity is missed. I also like to plan my day in blocks, starting with the most promising leads and then moving to nurturing older or colder ones. This helps me stay consistent, efficient, and results-driven throughout the day.

What strategies do you use to qualify a lead?
To quantify a lead, I focus on understanding their level of interest and readiness to buy. I evaluate factors like how recently they inquired, what specific vehicle or product they’re interested in, and their budget or trade-in situation. I also look at their engagement — for example, if they answered calls, opened emails, or scheduled test drives. By combining these details, I can prioritize high-quality leads and tailor my approach to move them further down the sales funnel.

do you have any remote sales experience? if so, what tech stack did you use?
Yes, I have remote sales experience. I previously worked as a BDC (Business Development Center) Customer Service Representative for a car company, where I handled inbound and outbound calls from home. My main responsibilities included contacting potential customers, scheduling appointments, and persuading them to visit the dealership by highlighting special offers and ways they could save money. I used CRM systems, phone software, and email communication tools to manage leads and track customer interactions efficiently.
