I graduated in May 2023 with a degree in communication, specialization in public relations, and a minor in Africana studies. I finished summa cum laude with a 3.96 &nbsp;GPA.
 
My coursework in Public Relations Management taught me the best communication practices for companies across various industries, the role of PR professionals in crisis management, and how to relay impactful brand messaging to shape brand reputation. I have also taken courses like Media Marketing and Communication that expanded my knowledge of integrated marketing strategies. 
 
My roles as a diversity equity and inclusion ambassador for Douglass College taught me how to foster meaningful DEI conversations among teams and broader audiences engagingly. Also, at Douglass, I have become a more global-minded leader as a Global Village Ambassador. In this role, I helped to output community-oriented and educational initiatives for the Douglass community and the greater New Brunswick area. This experience further piqued my desire to work with diverse groups of people.
