Which social media platform do you think best suits property management marketing and why?
I believe Facebook and Instagram are the best platforms for property management marketing.
Facebook is ideal for reaching a broad audience, running targeted ads, and building trust through reviews, community groups, and detailed property posts.
Instagram is highly visual, making it perfect for showcasing properties, lifestyle content, and engaging short-form videos like reels, which drive strong organic reach.
Additionally, LinkedIn can be leveraged for B2B networking and attracting investors, while platforms like YouTube or TikTok are powerful for video walkthroughs and storytelling.
The combination of Facebook and Instagram, backed by analytics and consistent engagement, ensures maximum visibility for both potential tenants and investors.

How would you increase engagement on a social media page with low interaction?
I would start by analyzing the current content and engagement metrics to understand what’s working and what isn’t. Then, I’d refresh the content strategy with more engaging formats like reels, polls, and carousels while actively engaging with followers through comments and DMs.
By testing and tracking results, I can steadily increase interaction and build a stronger community.

What social media platform are you most comfortable with and why?
I’m most comfortable with Instagram because I’ve worked extensively on creating and optimizing content for the platform. At my previous GIG, I developed social media strategies using Canva and Adobe Illustrator that increased engagement by 25%. I enjoy Instagram because it combines visuals, storytelling, and analytics, allowing me to be both creative and data-driven.
I also stay updated on its evolving features like Reels, carousels, and interactive stories, which makes it easy to experiment with different formats to see what resonates.
That said, I’m adaptable and have also created content for TikTok and other platforms, so I can tailor strategies wherever the audience is most active :)
