Describe your experience collaborating with sales teams.

I’ve had a lot of experience working closely with sales teams, especially during my time at Reitmans and SJC Content.

  • At Reitmans, I collaborated daily with the sales floor team to hit weekly targets sharing feedback on what products customers were drawn to, what wasn’t moving, and how we could adjust our approach or merchandising to boost sales.

  • At SJC Content, I am working on merchandising projects for Walmart Canada, which required coordinating between the creative, marketing, and sales teams to make sure our campaigns aligned with what was actually driving conversions in-store. That taught me how important communication is understanding both the creative and sales sides helps you come up with campaigns that not only look great but also sell.

I’d say I’m very comfortable working cross-functionally, and I really enjoy that collaborative process of turning data and customer insights into results.”
