Content Creator for Engaging Digital Media

What social media platform are you most comfortable with and why?
I’m most comfortable with Instagram because I’ve worked extensively on creating and optimizing content for the platform. At my previous GIG, I developed social media strategies using Canva and Adobe Illustrator that increased engagement by 25%. I enjoy Instagram because it combines visuals, storytelling, and analytics, allowing me to be both creative and data-driven.
I also stay updated on its evolving features like Reels, carousels, and interactive stories, which makes it easy to experiment with different formats to see what resonates.
That said, I’m adaptable and have also created content for TikTok and other platforms, so I can tailor strategies wherever the audience is most active :)

Content Creator for Engaging Digital Media

How do you create content that drives engagement?
I create engaging content by combining audience insights with creative design. I focus on strong hooks, trend-driven formats, and consistent analysis to refine what resonates most with the audience.
On TikTok and Instagram, I focus on creating content that feels authentic, trend-savvy, and quick to grab attention. I use strong hooks in the first few seconds, keep edits fast-paced and visually clean, and adapt trending sounds or formats to fit the brand voice.
Hayati
Social Media & Content Marketing Assistant

if you were in charge of hayati's socials for one week, what would you do?
I’d focus on creating a week of content that feels authentic, trend-aware, and rooted in Arab culture while actively engaging with the community:
Research trending TikTok/Instagram sounds and formats, adapting them to highlight Palestinian zaatar and everyday Arab food moments.
Create short, snackable videos like “3 Ways to Use Zaatar Beyond Manakish” or “POV: Your Mom Says ‘Eat, You’re Too Skinny.’”
Share a carousel post about the cultural significance of zaatar, tying it to Palestinian heritage and personal stories from the brand.
Dedicate daily time to commenting on relevant Arab-American creators’ posts, replying to DMs with warmth and personality, and using playful Arab slang where fitting.
Track engagement, saves, and shares for each post, and create a quick report to see what resonates most.
This way, Hayati’s socials wouldn’t just promote products they’d spark cultural pride, create shareable moments, and strengthen the bond with the Arab American girly and mom audience.
