Interview Questions

W Labs

Influencer & Community Marketing Intern

W Labs Profile Image

What influencers should W Labs work with in 2026?

W Labs should work with micro and mid-tier influencers in the fitness, lifestyle, college, and sports spaces in 2026. Creators who focus on gym content, daily routines, wellness, and “day in the life” videos would align well with the brand’s active and energetic image. College athletes and fitness creators on TikTok and Instagram would also be great partners because they drive high engagement and trust within Gen Z audiences.

Do you have experience in influencer Marketing or Social Media? If so explain what projects you've worked on?

Yes, in my past internship at Frequency Skin I worked in influencer marketing and social media. I would compile lists of micro influencers and reach out to them. I would also create content for mainly TikTok and Instagram, then schedule posts through Meta and analyze the results.

I did an internship over the summer for a company where I would reach out to micro influencers and contact them to send them PR.
