I make reviews impactful by grounding them in real proof. That means pairing every testimonial with authentic before-and-after photos, short video clips, or Stories from the actual client experience (with consent), so the result is visible—not just described. I also prioritize reviews that include specific details about the treatment, the Nurse Practitioner, and how the client felt before and after, which makes them feel human and believable. Avoiding overly polished language, AI-sounding text, or generic praise is key; the goal is to show something truthful that people can recognize as real, relatable, and trustworthy.

What social media platform do you believe is best for Pinch's audience and why?

The best platform for Pinch’s audience is Instagram. Pinch is selling a premium, at-home aesthetic experience that is highly visual, aspirational, and rooted in trust. Instagram allows the brand to showcase the luxury, calm, and five-star “room-service” feel through imagery, Reels, and Stories, while also building credibility through educational content from Nurse Practitioners. Its audience is already accustomed to discovering beauty, skincare, and lifestyle services there, and the platform naturally supports the mix of aesthetics, education, and social proof that Pinch needs to convert interest into bookings.

How would you find influencers to work with pinch?

From my experience in influencer marketing, the most effective way to find the right creators is by using TikTok as a search engine rather than relying on databases. I search keywords related to the product or niche, analyze the videos that appear, and then go into the comments to discover other creators interacting there. From one good profile, I map their circle — who they follow, collaborate with, and engage with — which quickly reveals a cluster of similar creators with the same tone and audience. I also use AI with structured prompts to surface potential names faster, but manual platform research is what truly ensures relevance, authenticity, and strong audience engagement.
