Describe a time you took a leadership role in your community.
I work at the AtlantaMart as a sales assistant through a staffing agency called The Smith Agency. One of the girls I was working with had never worked a market. I remembered how daunting my first day of market was and so I tried to be the person I wish I had to explain operations and ease my nerves. I made sure to explain how the showroom operated, give her tips, and show her how to write orders.
