I like to listen to music when I need to focus on repetitive or mundane tasks. I listen in the mornings getting ready, completing work at my computer, and cooking/cleaning. It helps me stay present and be more efficient.

My favorite song makes me feel grounded. I enjoying listening to it on my morning walks because of the pace and the relaxing, upbeat instrumental is calming against the city street background noise.

I studied piano and music composition through high school. I've interned for an independent record label previously that focused on R&B/rap. I've also exceeded 40,000 minutes listened on my Spotify Wrapped three years in a row (at least!)
