Why are you passionate about wellness and coffee?
They’re both just part of my everyday life and how I take care of myself without it feeling forced. Wellness to me isn’t all-or-nothing thing, it’s just learning what makes me feel good and have energy.
Coffee is just… my thing. It’s comfort, routine, and a little joy built into the day. That first sip in the morning, a mid-day walk with a latte, sitting and talking with someone over coffee. I love that it can be both functional and a sweet treat at the same time. I think wellness and coffee go hand in hand, taking care of yourself while still romanticizing the small moments.
