what's a creative way you would lead sampling efforts both on and off campus?
As someone who goes to a school that is notorious for having popups and various events that people will wait in lines for, I think playing on that in a bit of a tongue and cheek campaign will work on and off campus. Posting ominous, but non-threatening, posters around campus and creating buzz on social media as well to see what the sample items are a great way to get people invested. Exclusivity and the hype around something is enough to generate an audience, and it gets even more exciting when people finally get their hands on it and show it off on social media as well.

How would you engage your audience to promote ColourPop products?
As someone who posts on social media, what I've noticed gets the most engagement is relatable content. People (me included) love seeing someone who's just like them, and even more so using and promoting brands that they themselves can realistically use as well. I know a lot of people who are going through "influencer fatigue," essentially meaning the luxury hall with thousands of dollars of items are just not something that audiences want to see because it is out of touch. But by using cosmetics and posting tutorials or looks that use affordable products is something that many will gravitate towards.

what do you love about colourpop?
The accessibility of the brand has always stood out to me. As someone who has always looked for affordable and fun makeup without spending an arm and a leg, seeing Colourpop as something I could pick up at Target or Ulta is great. Even though I'm a little more familiar with makeup now, I still think the vibrance and fun of the brand make it something I continuously return to.
