if you could have dinner with one person (dead or alive), who would it be and what would you ask them?

I would have dinner with Beyonce and I would ask her how she is able to do what she does. It takes an incredible amount of drive and conviction to work that hard day after day and that is something I highly admire and aim to replicate. I would also ask her what her budget for her hair is, and if she would be so kind to hook me up with her stylist's contact information.

what is your favorite podcast? and why?

That Chapter podcast is a podcast about true crime. That is nothing new nowadays, however, it is a prime example of how a strong personality and authenticity can engage listeners and create a fanbase even when telling stories that have already been told.

How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?

The status quo of what a career should be is not something that Gen Z will accept. They have watched their parents and grandparents work careers that did not benefit them, gave them no work life balance, and watched their grandparents be fired days before they were meant to receive their pensions. Gen-Z has seen that loyalty to your career is not a guarantee of success. With more access to information than ever, Gen Z is a socially conscious population with a desire for meaning and fulfillment in all aspects of their lives. They want to know that the companies that they are working for also have diversity and sustainability beliefs that they stand by.
