At Aureole Creative, I was responsible for developing and launching a new pottery program that would interest individuals in their 20-30s. Our team conducted a in depth market research to understand our customers preferences and design a curriculum that was beginner friendly and easy to follow. Our goal was to curate not only a technical skilled course, but also curare a space that is inviting and calm. During our promotion period, we focus in a more customer centric social media strategy, and collaborated with local artist with pop up workshop to generate interest. The initial enrolment of pottery classes was a huge success as the first pop up workshop were fully sold out within the first week of launch. We were also able to gain traction of the pottery class via the pop up events, increasing sign up by 20%. We have received an overwhelming positive responds from customer from both the pop up and workshops, leading us to have repeating pop up and opening up more time slot for classes.
