During my externship, I faced an issue with data inconsistencies due to repeated questions. To solve this, I revised the questions for clarity and tested them again. Their responses were much more clear and concise and made for better data synthesis.

How do you approach user feedback in the design process?
I handle user feedback by gathering data and seeking feedback. During my market research externship, I interviewed peers about headphone usage. Afterwards, interviewees mentioned repetition. I used their feedback to make my questions more concise.
