How would you approach building a relationship with someone who actively uses our product but hasn’t interacted with you directly?
I would reach out to them in order to ensure that they are finding everything alright and ensure them that I am available should they need any assistance.

Can you share an example of how you successfully helped someone who struggled using your product or service?
I have not had to help someone who was struggling with my product/service, but I do have experience helping people with concepts they do not understand and things like that. For example, I recently had to teach one of my friends a lesson from our math class that she did not understand. The most important part of those interactions, for me, is making sure you are effectively listening to the person and identifying where they are struggling so that you are able to walk them back through the process. Additionally, it is incredibly important to be patient enough to allow them to need help.
