I set up a meeting in a booked room in my local public library to talk about how to distinguish reality from AI generated images I talked about the impact AI has on the environment and the surrounding communities, and the people and areas affected. There where some people taking notes, doing research, and educating themselves to protect from generative AI. We all discussed, asked questions, and learned the best ways to avoid and recognize it.

I work at a small owned business that roasts green coffee beans in house on a 1929 model cast iron roaster that was built in New York. We've been roasting coffee on this roaster since 1977, selling medium to dark single origin coffees from 14 different countries. We taste test sample coffees from our broker, take tasting notes, and the entire staff decide which coffees to sell to our customers. I love making suggestions for new comers or regulars looking for something new.
