This video will follow a “day in my life” format, showcasing how I stay active, productive, and healthy while navigating a busy college schedule.
The content will include a typical school day, from morning routines and classes to workouts and daily activities, highlighting the role hydration plays in supporting energy, performance, and overall well-being. Through authentic lifestyle moments, the video will demonstrate how proper hydration fits seamlessly into an active college student’s routine and helps maintain peak performance throughout the day.
