I’m interested in supporting a non-alcoholic craft beer brand because I really value giving people options. Especially in a state like Wisconsin, where drinking is so common, it’s important to have good alternatives for people who don't want to miss the social experience of "drinking" without the alcohol. I’ve seen firsthand how NA options can make social situations more comfortable for people who are cutting back or avoiding alcohol altogether, whether for health, personal, or family reasons. Being part of a brand that helps people feel included without pressure to drink really motivates me.

Identify the root of the problem, communicate clearly with the people involved, and either solve it myself or loop in the right person if it’s something beyond my scope. My goal is always to keep things running smoothly so guests don’t feel the stress behind the scenes.

One thing that made me want to apply to Formula Fig is how it uses modern, tech-driven skincare. I like the idea of being part of something that feels current and always moving forward. I’ve also always enjoyed customer-facing work — talking with people, answering questions, and helping them feel comfortable. Formula Fig seems like the kind of place where I could do that while also learning new tools and being part of an environment that makes people feel good about themselves.
