What aspects of matcha are you most interested in exploring during this tasting experience?
I wanna see the differences in taste, like how sweet vs bitter each one is, and if the texture feels smooth or kinda gritty. I’m also curious which ones actually leave that nice aftertaste and which ones don’t. Since I drink matcha a lot, I just wanna notice the little things I don’t usually pay attention to.
