How long (Generally) does it take you to create a piece of video content?

It usually takes me anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours to create a piece of video content, depending on the complexity. Quick, trend-based videos might take under an hour, while more polished or original content, like storytelling, transitions, or editing-heavy reels, can take 2–3 hours, including planning, filming, and editing.

How do you stay updated on the latest social media trends and adapt them into your content creation strategy?

I stay updated by following trend-focused creators, industry newsletters like Social Media Today and Later, and regularly scrolling platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn to spot emerging sounds, formats, and engagement styles. Once I notice a trend gaining traction, I brainstorm how to align it with the brand’s voice or message, whether that’s hopping on an audio with a twist or using a trending visual format to tell a story in a fresh way.
