What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness means discipline, passion, and priority to me. I would say it is one of the most important things in my life and within my daily lifestyle. With being a current student athlete, I value what I put into my body, how I take care of my body, how to move my body correctly, etc., with great care.
