What ways do you plan on sourcing creators, and how will you focus on specifically finding creators within a certain niche?
I already spend a lot of time on social media and have a fairly extensive understanding of many different niche groups online. To find specific niches among creators, I will go across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat) to find creators with tags about the specific niche and consume their content. I will make sure to look at comments and audience reactions to evaluate whether or not a creator fits the specific niche Passion Tree is seeking.

What interests you about this role? Why do you think you would be a good fit for this position?
I would be a good fit for this position because I'm efficient and well-versed in social media culture and creators. I also consume all different types of creators' content, so I will be able to provide a fresh and diverse outlook and potentially reach new audiences.
