The primary method I use is the Urgency & Importance Matrix,

And I organize and prioritize my tasks and planning in that order.
I also use my Calendar app for planning and scheduling, as well as my notes app, where I pin tasks and to-do lists, and a progress tracker (To Do, Doing, Done) at the top of my notes.
