I shop sustainably by frequenting small thrift stores and flea markets that may not get as much action. I also like to turn clothing that i haven’t worn in a bit into different creations through cutting them, sewing them, and even painting them to get my full wear out of anything i’ve purchased!

Connections. I think college students lack support from others who may be in the same boat by sharing experiences such as work environments (as even I didn’t know what a good work environment looked like until I was actually in one and perhaps if I had conversations with those in similar fields i would’ve known what to look for). Due to that, I believe having events for interactions or even chat rooms would be really helpful.

Steve Madden has always created timeless pieces that transcend across the boundaries of what ages can wear them, yet always give a product that makes people ask “where’d you get that from?”. I would be honored to be associated with such a brand!
