What's the best thing you've eaten in the past year?
The vegan pizza from Wildseed when my mom and I were visiting San Francisco last summer! We went back the next night to get it again!!

What's the best thing you've read in the past year?
My favorite thing I’ve read in the past year is Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer. It was written so beautifully and gave me such an appreciation for native wisdom and all of the nature I am surrounded with daily.

Describe your food and beverage choices during the holiday season (including brands - if relevant).
I am vegetarian so I choose plant based alternatives! I like to cook and experiment with different plant based foods and recipes. This year for thanksgiving I made a vegan stuffing with beyond meat sausage and then lots of veggie sides like crispy brussel sprouts and roasted carrots! For Summer holidays like memorial day and the 4th of July my foods of choice are corn on the cob, watermelon, and veggie burgers!
