What types of content do you find most effective for engaging health-conscious consumers?
I would consider myself a health-conscious consumer; the best content in my opinion is content that doesn't feel forced or fake. I want to see real results, but also someone who looks like me and lives like me. I would create aesthetic, lifestyle videos, showing my progress but also just implementing wellness into my everyday life!

What makes you a good fit for a content creator for seed?
I am a college student, musician, crossfit athlete, and young woman! My hormones are constantly fluctuating, and so is my stress! As a woman, these are such important things to keep up and healthy, especially in an environment like college. I've also struggled with acne my whole life, so I could not only implement this in my routine, but share this with others who have the same struggle!
