Can you give an example of a time when you suggested and successfully implemented user experience improvements?
When I was a ChangeMaker at Makergirl I would lead 3D printing sessions for young girls, and after each class our team would meet and do a break down of how the session went. There were a few things I noticed during the sessions that we could improve, so I pointed those out and we implemented them into future sessions to improve student experiences.

I like to work in an organized manner so my typical approach is to categorize the feedback based to establish a general consensus and then look for patterns and repeating details.
