What role does journaling play in your life?
A huge role in guiding my life, manifestations, and creative endeavors. I start my days with journaling/mind dumping which helps me have a clear insight of my goals or what my mind is taking notes of that day. Some days it's so hard, but it is always valuable, almost like unprecedented self feedback.
