How important is routine to you when it comes to sleep health?
Sleep is very important to me and my health! As a dual-sport collegiate athlete, sleep is vital not only to perform well in my sports, focus in the classroom, and connect with my friends. I have spent years trying to perfect my sleep routine; however, with navigating college life, it has definitely taken a toll. I appreciate your consideration to be part of your team!
