What do you consider when purchasing from a new brand?
I consider if the brand pushes a good message and is ethical in their practice. There are millions of companies in the world and if a brand isn't aligned with my interests, I can always find another one. This is important for businesses to make note of and pushes forward a new age.

What gets you excited about working in the beauty industry?
Having science-backed beauty is one really exciting thing about new innovations in beauty! Being a neuroscience major, I have taken an incredible amount of science courses and always hated seeing gimmicks in beauty where the science just simply isn’t correct. Have a product be truly backed by science is so exciting to see because not only can I connect with the product itself and have fun using it, but I can say “oh, I learned about this!”
