There’s no specific ones, but I have an idea of good ones to look for. Someone with personality, high engaged audience that’s 14-50+. A creative creator that can come up with entertaining skits are the best ones because they won’t give you a draft of something that you’d see from anyone.

I haven’t had a position or internship with social media marketing, but I have an account of my own that has gained experience with how TikTok works and the best ways to utilize your demographics to go viral. I have over 30k followers that are engaged and entertained through my content. I often post brand collaborations with Wear Felicity and Victoria’s Secret/PINK. I also create mock ad campaigns in my free time and post them on my LinkedIn
