I keep influencers engaged by making them feel like part of the brand family. I'd interact with their content regularly, celebrate their wins, and share their posts. Most importantly, I keep the vibe collaborative, asking for their input and making sure their creativity shines through, so working together stays fun and authentic.

Managing influencers Involves a lot of moving parts. How do you stay organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks?

Staying organized is key. I rely on tools like spreadsheets to track shipments, deadlines, and posts. I also set calendar reminders for follow-ups and check-ins. Clear communication helps a lot. Plus, I do regular reviews of who’s posted and who hasn’t, so I can stay on top of everything and make sure no one slips through the cracks.

Gifting programs can be hit or miss. What strategies DO YOU USE TO ENCOURAGE influencers TO post, and how do you measure success?

I focus on building real relationships with influencers who genuinely align with the brand. To encourage posting, I make the gifting experience personal and fun. I also engage with their posts to show and create a connection. To measure success, I look at who posts, the quality of engagement, and whether it drives traffic or sales.
