Staying organized is key. I rely on tools like spreadsheets to track shipments, deadlines, and posts. I also set calendar reminders for follow-ups and check-ins. Clear communication helps a lot. Plus, I do regular reviews of who’s posted and who hasn’t, so I can stay on top of everything and make sure no one slips through the cracks.

I focus on building real relationships with influencers who genuinely align with the brand. To encourage posting, I make the gifting experience personal and fun. I also engage with their posts to show and create a connection. To measure success, I look at who posts, the quality of engagement, and whether it drives traffic or sales.
