How would you launch a new app on a college campus?
I would start by creating social media accounts for the app, primarily TikTok, and attempt at marketing organically. Then I would try to spread the word around campus as much as possible, doing activities/events in public and creating something with the app logo and name on it, like stickers or shirts.
