I try refreshing the app, logging in and logging out, deleting the app in it's entirety and then redownloading it or look online and see if it's a company wide outage that may be affecting the platform.

I think it depends on the audience, but I would say something shocking either in the video (words on the screen) or in the caption. Something short and sweet that reels in the audience.
