What I’ve noticed by Modding other Discord communities as well as Moderating for live stream sales on Whatnot, consistency is a huge factor in engagement. Also, light hearted humor keeps members interested and curious!

I have been taught and have a natural ability to mediate conflict. As a Special Needs Teacher and future Registered Behavior Technician, as well as working in Door to Door sales, I understand how different people may react, and how to calm those issues by showing empathy and also understanding social cues.

If there’s conflict between two community members, I will figure out what the issue is and how it started, in a timely manner, to ensure it’s mediated effectively, and positively.
