I handle them swiftly, professionally, and respectfully to both parties. They will be addressed separately before I get the general consensus and idea of the situation in which the case would have a swift and effective solution. If the scenario requires escalation or higher members in management/HR then it will be done in a professional and mature matter without heavy disruptions to work progress.

Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.
Members of my team had been communicating with a client without full context or understanding and had to be intercepted so I could further discuss details for a collaboration between my team and the clients. It had to be done swiftly and professionally so no deals or promises went under my radar as lead for my team. Those members of my team were properly given instruction and light discipline afterwards.
