What's a strategy you'd suggest in order to spark curiosity and excitement ahead of a re-launch?
I get a sense the ACF's mission promotes self care, so I'd probably make a reel of someone preparing for a self care day, such as opening a face mask, pouring a glass of wine, making a bubble bath, etc. The last scene would be striking a match to symbolize the lighting of a candle, with a short phrase like "It's time to unwind."
Please share a brand that does an incredible job of engaging their community on social. Why?
I love @tower28 beauty 's Instagram because I feel like they bring authenticity to their posts. They often post influencers trying out new products and each person has different techniques and styling tips for applying them. This gets followers of tower28 excited to use the products and they'll often comment about it., The account manager is also really consistent about responding to most of them to hype up followers even more.
Tower28 will also share BTS reels of their products being made/used, while adding an element of satisfaction (ex. sqeezing out a tube of moisturizer) that makes them addicting or pleasing to watch. I think this adds a humanistic quality to their posts because followers can better envision themselves using Tower28.

What poppi flavor would you be (or make up!) and why?
Probably mixed berries. I consider myself to be an adventurous individual. I love to try new things, have new experiences, and have a ton of different interests such as philosophy, design, travel, and zoology. It always stresses me out if there's an icebreaker question such as "What 3 words would you use to describe yourself?" because 3 words are not enough to get a sense of who I am as a person. I also am known to be a little indecisive so I end up getting multiple dishes or jeans because I can't decide! Mixed berry feels like my flavor because it contains a diverse mix of fruit and there are many flavors of berry packed into one drink.
