What specific aspects of a drink do you consider when evaluating a new beverage?
How deep the flavor feels, the sensations it can create in your mouth (for example if it’s bubbly), then get a feel for how smooth it goes down my system. Afterwards I’ll start thinking back to other similar products and how the public views them, to give me a general idea of how well the product will be sold to people that already enjoy similar things
