Home From College
Full Time Role: Customer Success Coordinator
Why are you passionate about Home From College and why should we hire you?
I am passionate about Home From College because I experienced first-hand how valuable a GIG experience can be for a student. In college, I joined H\FC because I was eager to build upon my skills outside of the classroom. Shortly after, I started working with a startup on market research. I loved the company and the founder and learned so much. When the GIG ended, I continued on with them on another project, and another project, and another. Today, I am still working with that startup and founder, all thanks to my experience with Home From College.
In addition, when I worked as the president of a student-run marketing agency, I learned a lot about what types of hands-on experiences students find valuable and balanced those desires with the needs of the companies we worked with. The agency doubled in size from the time I joined on the executive board to the time I graduated because of the successful two-sided relationship we had with businesses.
I love helping students grow and I am grateful that there is a platform like H\FC that students can have access to. I would love to contribute to the team and give back to help other students gain invaluable experiences from H\FC.

Full Time Role: Customer Success Coordinator
Please share an experience where you managed a project from beginning to end.
In the summer before my junior year of college, I interned at Publicis Sapient as a People Operations and Strategy intern. In this role, I was grouped with a team of 7 engineering interns with the task of creating a product for a client by the end of the summer. As a project manager, I managed the project from the initial meeting to the final presentation. I consistently checked in with the team on product improvements, deadline tracking, and managing problems that occurred throughout product development. Because of my organized strategy and adaptive management style, the team finished the project early and received minimal feedback at the final presentation. When compared to all the interns at the end of the program, my team placed in the top.
In addition to this experience, I have managed the development of marketing materials as a business development intern, lead a team of 30+ students as president of a student-run marketing agency, and contributed to many research projects in various settings, including at NielsenIQ and Harvard Business School.
