What's your favorite brand right now & why?
My favorite brand right now, and for the last couple of years, is Spotify. I have been a loyal user of the platform, loving the streamlined user experience on the app to the extreme levels of personalization on both a daily basis and sporadically as Spotify creates events like Spotify Wrapped. I appreciate this level of attention to user interests, and hope to see more of this in the future.

What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
My favorite streaming platform is Netflix because of its streamlined website design and process, and its current lack of advertising during shows/movies. I like that the user experience is extremely efficient, making new users feel comfortable with the platform unlike other services.
