How WOULD you prioritize tasks when assisting a busy founder with a changing schedule?
There are three types of priorities - mission-critical, financial, and fun. Through thorough communication, I’d create a a schedule with the founder that has a ratio that most aligns with the founder’s ideals, while considering urgency and logistics.
