How do you plan to maintain a consistent brand voice while engaging with followers on social media?

I would maintain a consistent brand voice by communicating with y'all about what type of brand voice you want your audience to see and connect with, as well as giving my own input. I would keep it consistent by keeping it in mind when responding to comments and DMs. In the past when I have managed an account, it helped me to pretend that the brand voice is me, and to be authentic while maintaining the brand voice across socials.

Can you provide prior example(s) of successful social media interactions you've facilitated for a brand? If not, how would you respond to the following IG comment: "OMG @poundcake, this is the best lip oil ever!"

I have managed an organizations social media before. It was a yoga organization so most interactions were just answering questions.

However, staying consitent with the brand voice, I would respond with something like: "Hey @username!! We're so glad you are loving the lip oil! She's definitely a keeper. Whats your favorite shade?"

A response like this is good because it acknowledges the comment, makes them feel appreciated, and asks them a question to respond to. This will make them feel like they have a personal relationship with Pond Cake and boost engagement.
