I was lucky enough to spend my first year at Northeastern abroad in London. While it was a phenomenal experience it was tricky to spend my first year in a new continent and bond with my peers. However through NEUs inclusivity I participated in plentiful activities and was intived to experiences that I would have never sought out myself. Through social media I shared with my friends all of my experiences I had with NEU. Including, but not limited to, traveling, going to plays, learning new skills. My years at NEU have been exponentially positive and sharing this would be a pleasure. As well as helping students bank and providing advice in order to make accessing these experiences easier. Enjoying college and being able to engage with your peers should not be exclusive.

It is important in customer service to insure that all customers feel valued and heard in their complaints. The first step would be to reply to the review and apologize for their inconvenience and request for them to email the brand. Insuring a confidential and personal conversation allows customers to appreciate the brand and their assistance regardless of the issue. Once an email was received and the reason behind the negativity was clear, kindly respond to their message with another apology and offer to compensate them in a way that is beneficial to both them and the business.

One thing I love about PLEIN AIR SOCIAL's website is the shop section. It is a well curated selection of trendy items that can appeal to all audiences. Every aspect of outdoor adventure is accessible on the shop. To capture the attention of TikTok viewers, a post can be made with the caption "Your outfit based on your zodiac sign". A detailed outfit (including accessories) would be shown in a photo montage, including only items sold via PLEIN AIR SOCIAL. Viewers would scroll through the post to examine their personal zodiac's outfit. The coloring would be vibrant to catch their attention as they search for their slide. This would insure 12 different slides showcasing many items. In order to make it standout each zodiac sign can be given a different outdoor activity (ex: surfing, hiking, running etc), this would once again pander to many different viewers.
